CareerJack handles sensitive youth and student records with caution. Sponsors and partners do not receive private CVs, documents, cellphone numbers or full profiles by default.
Data-safety principle
CareerJack separates support workflows from sponsor and partner visibility. This means a sponsor can support impact without receiving direct access to beneficiary personal information.
What sponsors may see
- Aggregated activity reports
- Number of youth or students supported
- General readiness gaps and support categories
- Programme summaries and non-identifying impact data
What remains protected by default
- Private CVs and supporting documents
- Cellphone numbers and personal contact details
- ID copies, certificates and sensitive student documents
- Full youth and student profiles
